Thank you for shopping at VibrantTSing. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions within 48 hours.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without prior authorization.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (including swimwear and bodysuits)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), VibrantTSing will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Other Returns: For reasons such as “size doesn’t fit” or “changed my mind,” the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5-10 business days).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please contact us at [email protected].
