1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: For wholesale or custom bulk orders, processing times may vary based on order volume. Please refer to your specific quotation.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-15 business days.

  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days.

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: VibrantTSing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Please note that Express Shipping carriers (like DHL or FedEx) often cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical street address to ensure timely delivery.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasionally, factors beyond our control (such as customs delays, extreme weather, or global logistics issues) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
